Need help finding name of movie?

I was watching a movie on Sat. night into Sunday morning about a hockey player who gets into a car crash, all the pengers are killed but him. Because of the accident he cannot remember things properly and end up living with a blind man in an apartment working as a janitor in a bank. Than a man approaches him asking him to helping steal from the bank. I do not remember any of their names or who was in the movie and was wondering if anybody knows the name of this movie?
