Any advice..? Please!?

OK me and my bf have been together for awhile, there is a considerable age difference (me being the younger), but he has no real desire to have with me. It's frustrating, he just wants to be intimate. The age gap is 20 yrs btw and we're both guys. Any ideas on how to initiated or entice him??
