I NEED HELP WITH MY MYSPACE AND PWORD its alittle long but i really need to get on my myspace?

ok my myspace got hacked 3 times in 1 night so i had to keep changing my pword and now i cant remember my pword and i cant send it to my email b/c i use a fake 1. heres the problem i need to change my email address for example lets say its abc@sbcglobal.net but i want to change it to xyz@sbcglobal.net what do i do to change them
