Havanese or West Highland terrier?

Non shedders are Bichon, Maltese, Poodle, and Yorkies shed very little . Havenese are kin to Bichons and should be non shedders, but HARD to train. Easy dog to train is any dog with poodle in it. Poodle are soooo smart and do not shed. Westies have tons of skin and allergy problems but are great dogs. Both would be equally active.
