Can the police make someone leave your home?

The best thing to do, is you and your Mother go to the police dept. ask to speak to a Sgt. and tell them the problem, ask what they would suggest you do. A restraining order will probably one of the things suggested. If you keep letting him back in, the police are not going to want to be involved in something you should take care of yourself.
