Why does Platinum-celebs.com keep telling me my image validation was wrong when I'm 100% sure it was right?

I am trying to have my pword reset at platinum-celebs.com, but to do that I need to enter one of those image validation codes. I am 100% sure that I am typing it in right, but it keeps telling me it's invalid. And I can't contact them because I need to enter a code to do that too.
