Does anyone think my husband would talk to his ex mistress again if she instigated it? (he can't talk to her)?

Just because there was no valid evidence of the ual ault, does not mean it did not happen. In MANY cases, there simply is not enough evidence to bring it to trial so it has to be dropped. He probably KNOWS he was aggressive with her. Since he is obsessed, that is how he would act. He does not hold her accountable for pressing charges against him because he knows he was wrong and he still is obsessed with her. No, he is not going to cry harrment. Have you not learned yet? He had the chance to press charges against her in the past when you did, and he didn't. He would be with her in a second if he had the chance. Would he be with her if she approached him? OF COURSE HE WOULD. But the most appalling thing going on here is that you allow yourself to be with a man who is only with you because he cannot have someone else. Why would you do that when there are HUNDREDS IF NOT THOUSANDS of other men that would be with you and be trustworthy? This guy does not have even on redeeming quality. He is cheat, a stalker and disrespectful.
