How to determine the noise of an operational amplifier circuit?

Can anyone point me to a SIMPLE, PRACTICAL intuitive explanation of calculating op-amp circuit noise? I understand everything else about op-amps, and I know plenty of places to find the theory for noise, but the detailed math has never helped me; I just never fully grasped it.
