Can anyone help me find a particular Toy Story product?

I'm trying to find a bit of Toy Story merchandise which I have seen only once. It was bought from the Disney Studios Store at Eurodisney. I don't even know what name it goes by, but here is my description. It is a Buzz Lightyear communicator type thing that attaches to the arm. It is mainly white in colour, with a bit of green and made from hard plastic. It flips open to reveal various ons which perform functions such as a laser sound effect, Buzz Lightyear sayings in Buzz's voice and a voice distorter on, whereby you speak into the gadget and your voice goes all strange! I do have a couple of pictures of it if anyone thinks they know what I'm talking about but isn't too sure! I would be so pleased if I can get hold of one of these for my 2 year old's Christmas present! Thanks!
